On Thursday NVIDIA released Forceware 169.25 Beta Video Card Drivers for Vista on their site... Anyone tried these yet? I just downloaded them for use on an article tomorrow, but want to check with everyone else and see if you've tried them over the past couple days.

If you are running Windows XP it seems 169.21 drivers are the latest beta.

I'd test 'em for ya, but ever since I started getting random BSoD with the last driver install...
I had to reformat. Uninstalling the drivers didn't fix anything, even using System Restore from the Recovery Environment did nothing. BSoD on boot.

I haven't tried them but I was downloading drivers and stuff for the new rig coming in, went to the XFX website and clicked in drivers for 8800 gt and they point to the 169.25 beta drivers. I decided to go with the latest certified drivers cause it's going to be a new card and didn't want to first run with beta drivers.
