I am planning on picking up a second card to compliment my rig. Currently running a xfx 8800gt extreme, should i buy the same card or can i use a different mfg as long as i set the clock speeds the same. I will more than likely stick with the same card but I'm curious in case I come across a great deal.

(also planning on a new board that will run sli )

as long as its a 8800gt it will work. I belive they will run at the speed of the slowest card.

I had a feeling that would be the case. thanks
