NX8800GTS-512M_OC (MS-V801)
512MB DDR3
678MHz Core 1944MHz Memory
• Dual-link DVI Support
• HDTV-out + Dual DVI Connectors
• HDCP Support
• Over CLock Edition
• Shader Clock: 1728MHz
NX8800GTS-T2D512E_OC (MS-V801)
512MB DDR3
730MHz Core 1944MHz Memory
• Dual-link DVI Support
• HDTV-out + Dual DVI Connectors
• HDCP Support
• Over CLock Edition
• Shader Clock: 1825MHz
It seems the M model does exist, but does not contain the T2D designation. Judging by the MSI part numbers, I would guess that the "M" model is newer.

the 8800GTS has been discontinued only because NVIDIA rebranded it as 9800GTX. It's still a very capable card so don't worry that it is discontinued.
Don't worry too much about the model, as there shouldnt be much difference. A 8800GTS is a 8800GTS. But from the above go for the E since it has higher clocks.

They are both essentially the same GPU, so go for the one that is cheaper and just use Rivatuner to ramp it up.
