Intel has sued graphics and PC platform expert NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) over a breach of license terms according to this article on Mootley Fool:
Processor giant Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) has sued graphics and PC platform expert NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) over a breach of license terms. Essentially, Intel has claimed the license agreement between the companies does not extend to Intel's new Nehalem CPU technology. The company had a similar lawsuit against chipset designer Via Technologies earlier in the decade, which ultimately cost Via much of its business to equipment manufacturers. Will NVIDIA suffer the same fate?
Looks like Intel is smacking NVIDIA around as much as they can these days... We all know what happened to VIA chipsets after Intel got done with them.

Not a smart move on their part. If Nvidia suffers, Intel will suffer when AMD gains momentum from rising ATI sales.

intel really couldnt care less about ati. i have a feeling that no matter how much money AMD throws at their chips thell still be inferior to intels.
