Rambus just won a major victory over Nvidia for patent suit. Shares of Nvidia way down.

I did some more research on this and found out that the lawsuit applies to DDR3 and below.http://files.shareholder.com/downloads/ ... _Legal.pdf Not sure if it will include DDR5 memory controlers. It doesn't look like it.

Looks like Nvidia's going to need to hire Agent 47 and start taking care of some business the real way, lol.
