GTX 285 2gb Edition Multi-screen Question

Well hello everyone in the LR community. Hope everyone has been doing well! I got my GTX 285 2gb card installed and running properly and I've recently added an HDMI cable that runs to my 2009 42" LG TV. I've been trying to set it up so I could play Rift and Black Ops on my TV as well as use the computer itself but haven't been able to find a way to run everything so that my TV duplicates my desktop just with settings so that the icons and text are bigger or do I have to make a seperate video settings profile to load each time I use the computer on my TV? I've tried changing things in the resolution settings and nVIDIA control panel but couldn't get any luck. As always any help here would be greatly appreciated!!

are you trying to clone the desktop? if so you can do this through windows 7 screen resolution options. or through the control panal as well.
