Zotac GTX 570 thermal pads!

I took my 570 apart and i noticed that 2 of the ram chips do not have thermal pads on neither do any of the power phases. I also noticed that the pcb right where the power phases and vrms are gets to 65c at full load the core gets to 68c with room temps at 24c. God knows what the temps are of the power phases and vrms. So i just ordered some Phobya Thermal Pad Ultra 5W/mk. i will replace all the pads. However, i can't put pads on the power phases due to there being no room. What can i do and is it the power phases that heat up or the vrms?

This is my GPU http://www.zotacusa.com/geforce-gtx-570 ... 3-10m.html
Unable to find the a pic with the heatsink off so you can see the design underneath.

Generally if it doesnt come with them it doesnt need them (65c is warm but they are designed for much hotter) keep in mind they are designed to run without overheating at load in ultra stuffy or dusty smoker's cases without touching the thermal compound, I've never worried about them on any card i've had at least

Cant really say much as far as what component is what without seeing the PCB

65c is the pcb temp reading using an adhesive temp sensors from the aerocool touch 1000. anyway here is a pic of the zotac gtx 560 ti 448 edition which is the exact same pcb layout at my zotac 570. in fact the 560 ti 448 is a 570 with few less SPU's http://www.overclock.net/t/1326175/sli-gtx-560-ti-448
