NVIDIA tools got crippled?

Guys am I being retarded and cant find the freaking download button (http://www.nvidia.com/object/windowsxp2 ... nator.html) or did NVIDIA cripple or remove the ForceWare utility from their site? I remember years ago, when I got my rig, I got myself coolbits and was able to overclock my graphics card (of course back then I didn't need it, and my PSU couldnt handle it anyway). Now, with 81.98 drivers, the NVIDIA settings manager seems to be more crippled than previous versions, and there is no that cool menu anymore that lets you pick a bunch of settings. The only options I see are for my dual monitor control, transparency, and color control as well as some other stuff for multiple desktop profiles. I thought that maybe I didn't install some of the software, so I went back to NVIDIA website, but the only thing they offer for download is the 81.98 drivers with this crippled manager I already have. I remember how when I was downloading stuff before they were calling it "Detonator" and I don't see them doing that anymore. What happened?
