Hello, welcome to the forums!

Is there an option to uninstall a "Network Access Manager" or "NVFirewall" in your control panel, else if not an option to disable it in the BIOS?

Did you manage to open the control panel and remove programs yet?

If it stoped working after you did something/installed something, you might be able to use system restore to return your computer to a previous 'working' state.

Dan

PS. Do this first: If you dont already have them, download ad-adware and spybot and update and run them to check for spyware/adware:

Welcome warp.....

Try booting windoze into safe mode.....@ startup press F8
When in safe mode you should be able to get into add/remove progs

Then goto "Nvidia drivers" and uninstall the firewall

Make sure you are using the latest nforce drivers (6.70)
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf4 ... _6.70.html

NV's older chipset drivers are unstable! (latest are not the best either!)
Make sure you don't install the IDE drivers either......they cause probs if your not using ide raid

Dan is also spot-on....check for spyware.......spyyware is notorious for messing up the TCP/IP stack and causing this kinda thing
