7600GT or 7800GS?

I have a friend who's looking to buy one last AGP card for his system (as a college student he can't afford to replace the thing). He currently has a 478 P4 @ 3.4GHz, 1GB DDR400 in dual channel and a 9800Pro. This is an old Dell XPS by the way.

Question is, should he save for the 7800GS or get the 7600GT and call it a day?

EDIT: He bought the 7600GT, cause he doesn't care about AA/AF and his res is 1280x1024. I'm gonna OC the crap out of the card too.

Um, do they make the 7600GT in AGP? I thought it was PCI-E only?!

My 6800GT gave out again and I convinced the manufacturer, Leadtek, to replace it with a new card, 7800GS. I'm looking forward to getting this new card installed. Anyone out there already have one that can tell me how it performs?
