7600 GS Video Trouble

Post by Nafty »

My 7600 GS has been working fine up until now I could figure everything out. When I try and watch videos on my computer they are all dark. Right now I do not have and LCD monitor but the monitor I am using right now has the brightness turned up to 100%. Under the Color Correction tab of my video cards I thought if I applied color changes to the Overlay rather than Desktop it would have made my video's brighter but it has done nothing.

Any help would be apprectiated.

Thanks, Richard

navigate to C:\NVIDIA\Win2KXP\xx.xx

xx.xx being the highest number in the folder. I would assume its 91.47. Then double click the setup.exe

I am navigating C: but I haven't found it. Is there any other way to reinstall all of the drivers?

I have the same graphics card as you and i think I can help.
The should be a Nvidia icon in the toolbar. Right click on that and go to Nvidia control panel, then click on ' video and television. ' Then click on adjust video colour setting and there you should have all the settings to be able to change brightness and colour. Hope this helps
