Well i will tell you guys as soon as the epoxy gets here. I am using the number 2 sensor from my koolance exos2 case to monitor the gpu. Since this is a brand new build, and will be a brand new hard drive, i wont have any comflicts with previous installs.

I've heard Nvidia has recently released the WHQL drivers for Vista.8800 series of cards do have many bugs in them even now. This new driver should adress the game issues with the G80.I'm told by many people that they can play some games reasonably well with the 7900 series but those same games are not even playable with the 8800 series. This is strange.I think the N guys should have taken a bit more time before releasing the G80.

I have a 8800GTS 640MB as well.

The drivers are not stable yet.
Nvidia even recommanded reviewers not to review the 8800 cards using Vista and DX10 features...
I hope they'll manage to fix the problem ASAP.

after my reinstall my computer is smoking again.

there was some conflicts somewhere in windows that would not allow the 8800 to work correctly.

This is strange.Nvidia is preventing DX10 cards to be used with the DX10.They should immediately do something about it b4 the R600 launches otherwise they will loose market share to AMD/ATI.

They will lose market share either way ;)
It will be a painful process to Nvidia if drivers will not be stable soon...
