Nice...if you have Windows 8, you cannot use this version. Only the 2013 version will work with Win 8. But, you could get this and then buy the upgrade from Acronis which is still cheaper than buying the full version. (The upgrade is a full installer, you just need the 2012 and 2013 serial keys).

For the average user the hard drive branded Acronis software is usually good enough. It's still the best backup/cloning software that I've used.
