Newegg has Rosewill Mechanical Keyboard (RK-9000RE) + Intel Celeron D 310 Prescott 2.13GHz Socket 478 CPU (Refurbished) for $25 + $2 shipping.
Newegg Warehouse Manager (Ron): Man we have an entire shelf of socket 478 Celeron's taking up some much needed space. Thoughts?
