Have you tried a fresh installation of the operating system?

Well, i have no clue, but since it had problems from the beginning i would send the pc back to the store and let them deal with it.
Maybe something in hardware is faulty, like motherboard or psu.

Did you buy the system preassembled? Have you ever let a technician get a look at it?

I have had technical help from specialist pc the place i purchased it from, they advised me to reload but a few days later it started again, they now tell me to send it back for them to look at but want money off me for returning it, im not prepared to do that.

I would think it came with at least a 1 year warranty, but thats for service. Do they want you to pay to ship it to them? Most returns are generally charged a restocking fee. Did you ask to return it, or just have them do the diagnostics / repairs?

I would find out exactly what type of warranty you have.
