I am thinking of getting a basic lappy on sale and upgrading it to save some $$$ but i cant find any decent video cards on Ebay(i assume is because i don't know how to look) and i don't what'll fit and what wont any help please?

You can't, there is no MXM slot, and Dell uses proprietary cards
