Two Bluetooth headsets, one phone, only one got sound!?

Hey guys,
I've got a little question here, hope you can help out.
I just got me a Jaybird Sportsband ( bluetooth headset ) and I already have an Oakley O Rokr Pro ( bluetooth headset ). Now I can pair both at the same time to my phone ( Sony Ericsson W890i , soon to be replaced by Samsung Jet), but when I start music playback it only plays the music on the first headset I connect to the phone, e.g. if I start up the Oakley first I only get music on that, if I start up the Jaybird first I get music on that.
I wanted to have the music on both headsets simultaneously, but can't find any option in the phones settings, which is related to this issue.
Has someone ever tried this with another phone?
Or does anybody have an idea what else I could try?
