seem if i want to save money i will get a loud Harddrive
If i want to spen some money i will get a quit one

then it look like Hitachis seem to use less power then the segate.

I find that the 5400rpm Seagate give me good performance and good battery life. My laptop starts in under 15sec from cold boot, and i can edit, capture, and render video with no droped frames.

Tom's Hardware has another review on these same two drives. Looks like they liked both drives but preferred the Hitachi for high end notebook use:
