Does anyone here have this card? I'm extremely tired with my on-board sound and am looking to purchase an external device. My problem with my internal stuff is, the driver support sucks. I have to reinstall them every time I want to use my mic, and then they go bad after a couple days.
These are $85 shipped from Buy.com which I feel is a pretty darn good price.
Give me your thoughts!

Oh screw it... I didn't get responses fast enough, so I just went ahead and ordered the darned thing! I read reviews around the web and it got praised very highly! I can't stand the on-board sound that my laptop has as it crackles all over the place and has conflictions with my NIC (IRQ's).
So, I think it'll be a good $90 investment.

I bought it from Buy.com for like $92 shipped. I then get an e-mail earlier this afternoon, literally 30 seconds after i posted my first response, from Buy.com saying my order has been delayed. I checked around the net and a few retailers had them on back-order.... UGH!
So I searched EBay and found one for $84 shipped... brand new in the factory sealed box. I should be getting this one by Monday.
Can't wait!

I got one awhile ago and now it doesn't work. The normal headphone jack works but when I try to use the 5.1 set up i get nothing. I have a set of zalman 5.1 headphones and the logitech z5500. Any ideas? i tried to contact Creative but didn't get very far.
