internet conncetion problems

i have slow wireless internet conncetion from my neighbors and the signals stick and i need advice on what to do to make it better. belive it or not my download speed is like a range from 10-28mbps and i cant even download something that is 2mb this is bs.

if you dont mind spending some money with get a cantenna or you can get one of those linksys usb adapter with a long usb cable and stick it up high.
I was goign to say get a linksys wireless bridge but there may be more to it than a simple connect. LOL Really all you can do from here is get a bigger antenna or make it directional.

i dont have any money and my cousin gave me the laptop for christmas and i cant buy any more usb adapter orsomething like that.
