PDA that uses MS Outlook?

What PDAs can use outlook to sync up with? Im looking for something fairly cheap and basic.
comp specs- too lazy to make a cool looking sig... any PDA with PocketPC 2002/2003 or Windows Mobile 5.0 has MS Outlook, smartphones do aswell and they can all sync to your POP3 e-mail provider!
