PCMCIA TV TUNER Cards?

All i want to be able to do is pick up a local tv signal when i am out. i dont really care about all that fansy software, just a clean looking picture.

avermedia, the 1st tv tuner company since the old day, also the 1st company came out with tuner card

most of tuner cards are base of aver design, don't trust me? go google and find who supply OEM to like huppie so on.
i just upgraded my tuner from internal pci to external tv box, so i can use on both laptop or pc, and it does not need a pc to run it, as long as u have either usb or just a monitor, usb for laptop, monitor only for desktop monitor...no pc need it
