help with notebook decision

so I just found an Msi notbook the ms-1039 that has almost exactly what I'm looking for now how do I get the parts? or do they build it for me? i can't tell if it sbarebones or not. on rk computers and I haven't checked the other sites for how to make sure it has the mobility x1600 in it already because I want bluetooh, amd turion 64, and a mobility x1600 with 512mb of system memory is my ideal for $1500 or so. do you think I can pull this off? can anyone please help me?
