7900 GTX

just out of curiosity i was wondering if anyone has seen a GeForce 7900 GTX for a laptop listed for sale. and at what cost.

i have a buddy that got an XPS laptop and he went with the 7900 GS, and now he wants a GTX but I looked at the cost of buying it directly from Dell Spare Parts and they want $1000!! and thats including my discount! its just silly... so i was wondering how bad of a rip off this is, or if theres like actualy a good deal out there.

either way i doubt he'll actualy do the upgrade... just not worth the cost...

The Clevo M575U costs around $1500-$1600 for the barebones and comes with the optical drive and the 7900 GTX Go graphics card... toss in 1GB of memory and hard drive and a decent CPU and you are good to go.
