Is it possible?
I'm in the market for a new laptop to replace my eMachine M6805 which came with a Radeon 9600 w/ 64MB of RAM. This laptops served me well for the last 2 years and now it's time for a replacement.
I REALLY want tablet functionality on my next laptop. To that end I'm having a hard time finding a Tablet PC that DOESN'T come with the Intel 950GMA video board. The Gateway CX210X can be equiped with a X1400 Radeon but I wonder if that's enough to game on.
Why do I want a Tablet so bad? I tavel alot. Anyone who's flown coach knows you can't easily use a laptop when the guy in front of you has reclined his seat. Having a Tablet would allow me to watch my movies without need to have the keyboard open. Also, I use alot of eBooks and the portrait mode for the tablet feels much more natural.
Any input?
