graphics card for 15.4" notebook
hi guys. i am about to buy a new notebook dell 1505. the graphics card is a x1400. could u tell me about some better cards that can be added to the notebook? thanks in advance to all. i am in need of help.
Graphics in laptops don't usually follow the same universal buy and install thing that you have with desktop cards.
You see all laptops are designed differently so the graphics cards are all different sizes too. However lately there was the MXM layout that is supposed to standardise the laptop graphic scene. But you cant buy those in shops/online yet.
If the 1505 supports a graphics card better than the one you are purchasing, then the best thing you can do it is to ring up dell spare parts with the part number of the best graphics card for that machine and buy through them.
I'm afraid I don't know of the specs/intricacies on this machine so my answer is a little vague.
