Just built a Clevo M570U and can't get a BIOS POST

So I bought a Clevo M570U from RJTech with a 7950gtx, no ram, proc or hd. I bought a T7200 and 120gb SATA 2.5" hd from Newegg and had some extra RAM at work (PC2-5300 from a Lenovo T60). The shell was not missing any parts (like video card). I installed the proc, hd and ram with no problem (yes I remembered to remove the protective plastic from the heatsink where the thermal tape is). Unfortunately, when I power it on, nothing (well almost nothing) seems to happen. I can barely hear the hard drive spin, but I get no beeps and nothing on the screen. The little green lights below the keyboard seem to indicate I have power. Any ideas? I've been a computer tech for well over 10 years, so this was a piece of cake. Unfortunately, I have no way to tell if I have a bad proc or shell/mb, since I don't have another proc or shell to test with. =(

Never mind. I'm an idiot. =)

I opened it back up and realized I forgot to lock the proc in the socket using the "screw" thingy on the side of the socket.

Woops!

Apoptosis, just out curiosity, why are you selling? I'm looking to buy one of these now, and as far as I can tell thus far, this is one of the better price/performance values on the market. Is there a better choice out there?
