What's up everybody...

Hey all...

been checking out the forums and the reviews for quite sometime now, just never took the initiative to register... but here I am. Been a PC gamer for quit sometime, but I've always been on the lower edge of the technology curve. I rocked my Celeron 500 with onboard video and a 12mb Voodoo card for WAAAAY longer than anyone should have.

Hoping in the next few weeks, with the release of Conroe, that i'm going to build able to climb up a few notches on the curve. Thanks to Brians' review on the 7950GX2, I'm actually considering spending nearly $600 on a video card as well. Oh well, enough rambling... back to your normally scheduled program.

It took my parents till last may to upgrade from a 500Mhz PIII with a 32MB TNT2 (though i guess it was rather at teh cutting edge when they bought it!)

yep... but I work in the big city. How about that road construction going on EVERYWHERE in Springfield. :ugh:
