How do you do?
How do you do? I am new. I have been reading other posts and they're great. I am buying a laptop and trying to decide on a brand and whether it should be 15" or 17". The one thing I do know is that I want an Intel Centrino processor. So, hello, pleased to meet you.
Using Intel Pentium Dual CPU @ 1.60 GHz. Looking to buy laptop with Intel Centrino processor.

Re: How do you do?
Thank you! I am not a gamer, but when I work, I like to have 25 windows open. Watching movies will probably be at home. I guess it will be less mobile and weight will be a big issue if it's a 17" laptop.

Welcome to the forums.
Is there any reason you are so biased in the centrino processor? And do you want Centrino 2? or just Centrino.

Re: Centrino
I think it is because of the marketing that reaches me and the research I've done that I favour Intel Centrino. Intel Core2 Duo Processors are what I look for. Why?

Re: How do you do?
I was just curious I understand why you'd go for the Core2duo. But centrino just means you are using an intel wireless card. No reason in particular I just didn't know if there was a bond, or if you actually did your home work. Welcome to the forums again and good luck. This time of year is perfect for finding laptops.

Re: How do you do?
damn, that was quick. Well look at those specs and it was 750 shipped. It was a thing on passwird.com and usually stuff lasts for a day or so.

Wow! Thanks! It really helps me to read the specs and see what you consider to be a good computer. What was the price though?
