Hi LR
ive been a lurker for a while and thought i should sign up.
im just a noob on a mission
system specs:
ABIT IX48 GT3 (i know gone bust but i like them

)
2 x 2GB Corsair XMS3 DHX (too good for my board)
7800GTX Vcard (soon to be a 9800gx2
Intel Q9650 (3.7GHz) cpu air cooled for now

i know :p
believe me im not happy with it being there..tho that cards been good to me,
i only put the new parts together a few days ago and my money tree died in the frost

...all in good time....or if anyone wants to swap my 7800 for a 9800gx2 id give it serious thought ;)
also i couldnt find anything related to my board on this site...is that a bad thing?

Sorry to tell you this but Abit have decided to get out of the mobo manufacturing game, so if something goes wrong with your board after the first year (upto this point you can get a replacement from the shop you bought it from, so keep your receipt if it was a retail store) it's going to be nigh on impossible to get any kind of support/replacement from abit.
Good luck on getting that money tree growing again, maybe when it warms up in the summer

yeah i know about abits problems (check next to my mobo in first post),tbh ive never had any problems with any motherboards (touchwood),and 2 years is pretty much upgrade time anyway....and i always liked abit
ive got a little collection of old mobos,i was thinking of going into the MAME machine business :p
