My name is Jim, been a copier tech for over twenty years and a computer tech for about 5 years. This forum is great and special thanks to Apoptosis whose posts on blue dots also worked on a Philips 42PF5621D/37 which was giving us inconsistant blue shadowy areas on our tv.
