Hi there, I'm a norwegian (male) nurce, father of 3 sons and has a swedish girlfriend.
I like to read stuff about computing, and lately I have started to enjoy online gaming.
My main hobby is flyfishing and outdor life, and I tye my own flies.

When it comes to computing, I'm awaiting my new rig! Budget model, but I try to chose well,
and because of the gaming habit , I'm going for a crossfire powercolor 4870 set up.
I'v chosen the newest am3 motherboard from asus, combining it with phenom 2x4 940 3ghz
and kingston ddr3 1600mhz 6gb.

I'm interested in tests on this setup, so far only read about this cpu on ddr2 motherboards, and it came out quite well.
I'm generally interested in tips and hints to improve my knowledge on computers.

Hi there everybody!
Thanks to all, I've allready learnt quite a lot browsing the forums, and there is a well of knowledge represented by all the admin/moderators and partisipants on this sight.....So I'm already enjoying big time
I need to learn mor on overclocking and cooling this new rig, getting the be(a)st out of it!
Hints and tips are welcome on these subjekts, and what programs I should have for free benchmarks and tuning!
