Everything is Acidic (Hello World)

Basic. I was checking out iBuyPower's Facebook page and saw a contest through you guys to give away a free rig. I need a new rig. I'm here now.
System was a 10,2 series Macbook (the OS X 10.4.1 original, though I upgraded it to 10.5.6 later) with Intel 2 Duo 2.00Ghz processors with 2x512MB Ram and the ever-popular 64MB Integrated Intel video card. Needless to say, I was in need of an upgrade soon before the girlfriend fried it.
I've never had an AMD processor, but I lean toward Intel mainly because it's familiar.
I play MMOs mostly.
Never done it, would be something I'd be interested in.
