I'm attempting to build my first system ground up (a great Christmas present from my new wife). I thank all of you for your technical and moral support during this very difficult time!
I live in Santa Monica, CA, but I spend more time looking at my screens than at the beach!

if you stick around longer, you will find computers much less difficult. I learnt more here since I signed up then in the previous 10 years
