What happened to my account?

So far, my email inquiries have not been acknowledged. I have been a member of LR since 2008 under the username "unfaithfulsfan." I tried to log in about a month ago and received an "incorrect user name" error. Can anyone please shed some light on why I was executed?

Can you try login again now as "unfaithfulsfan"

I don't know how it happened and can only apologise.
The logs will show who done it, but there's hundreds of pages of logs to go through.
We can check if needed, but I'm certain it was not intentional.
