Hello from Chile

Post by FranciscoCL » Mon Apr 20, 2015 7:09 am

Hello, this is my first post here.
Long time reader, but never register, basically because my english sucks.

I'll follow the recommended questions:

- How did you find the forums?
A: Searching (google) for reviews of products.

- What system are you running?
A: Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H / Intel i7 4790K / 16 GB G SKill 2400MHz (2x8) / Samsung 840 EVO 512 GB SSD / Zotac GTX 970 AMP! Extreme

- Are you an Intel or AMD Fan Boy/Girl?
A: I'm not a fanboy, but lately my systems are Intel/nVidia because my wallet allows spending more for better performance (old user of AMD/Ati).

- What type of gaming are you into?
A: Single player mostly, adventure/fps

- Are you an overclocker?
A: I do OC, but just to achieve a good performance/heat/noise relation (not to break records).

Welcome to LR! I was the same way regarding AMD/Intel, at least I was when AMD procs were good alternatives for the most part LOL Not been terribly impressed with some of the latest APU's from AMD...always keeping an eye on them though, maybe they'll return as a good "budget" alternative.
