Oi!

Post by fenriswolfr »

Well here I am,
I've been using ancient computers for a long time.. okay not ancient but very old and outdated (currently on 400 mhz 256 ram 9gb HD that I got for free, and yes, this is upgraded by me..). So I am currently about to attend school for game and simulation programming, hopinging to maybe get a masters in computer science. I am also on a pretty tight budget so I am looking to put together a nice system for myself, at the lowest price I can, for now. Yeah. I like Zelda and the colour green, anime, and am learning japanese. I just moved to Washington State from Michigan.

welcome to the forums! 400MHz is starting to become a bit dated indeed, but hey can't beat free now can you? Let us know and the forum members here on LR will help you piece together a great new system based on your budget.

Yeah I'll def stick around. I'll be doing a lot more with the PC and stuff now and once I have my own. Plus the people here seem really friendly so it's a good place.

I know from personal experence that you can still fold on a 400Mhz PC. Be sure to check out out the folding section and welcome to the forums! 8)
