Hi i'm Halutz,

i'm nurse in the day... pc and gaming addict at night...

here is my problem, but first here is my brand new rig

Intel D975XBX BadAxe
ZALMAN CNPS9500
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @2.91ghz 50C under load
eVGA 256-P2-N624-AR Geforce 7900GS 256MB
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3120811AS 120GB
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB DDR2 800 5-5-5-15 @ 2.1V
Antec NeoHE 500 ATX12V
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
COOLER MASTER Ammo ATX case

i can't really understand the badaxe, or overclocking persay...
i really want it to hit 3.2ghz mark but for some reason i can't everything go unstable, and the computer restart it self....

please help.....

Hi halutz,

With overclocking have you tried raisng the CPU voltage a little bit to see if it will run stable. I can't remember if this option is enabled on non EE intel chips, someone else will know though.

What RAM divider are you running at? The insatability could be caused by pushing the RAM too hard.

i don't know where in world in badaxe to adjust the voltage.... i wish i know... i've been looking for a guide or article to help me i just can't find one...

Wasn't there an article that Apop did with regards to overclocking with the Bad Axe mobo? If my memory serves me right then there is a mod that you need to do the mobo itself...someone please correct me if I am wrong.
