hi
hi
Hello, my name is Dimitris. I got to know the forum from SuperTalent's site and it looks great! Lots of info!
Well my current system is an E4300 (with Zalman 9500) on P5b-VM (stay away from this board... hardly does what is advertised) and 2x512 Super talent ddr800 cl4. Its not much, but i guess i can cope till p35 and geforce 8600 come out.

Goodmorning (here :p) and thank you everyone!
Not much luck with overclocking with this motherboard, I tried my best but its a shot in the dark.
Either g965 chipset is very picky or the bios pretty bad! hehe. Imagine that even setting the voltage on vcore (and mhc i think too) to anything than auto it wont boot!
Anyway, i managed to take it up to 220fsb using the onboard graphics. Setting any higher would give me a BSOD when trying to play a 3d game, but the rest of the system seemed ok (got it up to 240-250.. but since 3d crashed i gave up there).
The max i have seen achieved with this board is 300 (using pci-e graphics), but again its a shot in the dark.. 220 fsb works.. 230 wont.. 250 will work..
Take this for instance: Memory at DDR800 cl4 with 200fsb works great.
At cl5 it crashes occassionally (???!?!?!!!!??). At 220 DDR800 cl5 works.. And higher than 220 only DDR889 works (wont boot with 533/667/800).. the funny thing here is that this chipset only supports memory voltage of 1.8-1.95. Supertalent works at cl4 with v2.2.. But its stable with cl4 and crashes at cl5
Anyway, i'm impressed with E4300 though, the chip is really cool! In stock configuration it just wont go over 30C.
