budget card question

Any suggestions on a budget card

9600xt 256ddr or 9800pro 128ddr 256 bit edition

I'm putting a sempron 2300/asrock matx inside Antec Aria.
I'm using this as a mobile game station. Can someone tell me the pros and cons one over the other? There is only a $20 price difference between the two.

I would go with the 9800pro the 256bit interface makes for a much wider path to the memory than the 128bit of the 9600xt

the xt is 128bit with 256mb memory, while the pro is 256bit with 128mb memory.
