Thanks i will give it a shot now and post the results. Also if YOU PERSONALLY use the catalyst control centre, do you recommend any settings? Should i put the settings more to performance side or quality side or balanced? My friend advised performance.

With the lack of graphics processing power your card has I'd recommend performance too.

My CCC settings are left on default and I just tweak things in game to be honest.

PS. Try downloading it again or search your computer for "8501vs32new.zip"

I have tried the download several times but it keeps saying its wither an unknown format or the file extension is damaged.
Are you sure you downloaded the whole file?
I am getting the file saying its 52.6mb, is that right?

That's as much as it downloaded when i tried it, I've connected to the powercolour site via ftp now and it shows the original file to be 52.94MB. >_<

0.6MB off of a full file :(

Their site is really frustrating when you need to download something.

Try again from my host with this. I was able to grab the full file this time.

No that did not help. It's still the same as before even after uninstalling and using drivesweeper.

Your PSU well could be the problem, 250w isn't very much at all for any modern pc.

Ok, i will try replacoing the psu, any suggested watts? i think 400 should be fine, or 450 should be more than enough.
Is there anything in particular i should look for. i was looking at a psu and in the decription it said molar and some other things?
Sorry i keep asking questions but i am not too knowledgeable about such situations but you seem an expert :)

Cheap PSUs are to be avoided, I could go into detail of why, but am hoping you will just trust me on this (I can list a load of reasons if you want :P).

I would recommend this one:
