ATI TV Wonder 200 EPG issue

I received this as a gift for christmas, just something to fool around with. I've had some problems with it, but I can get over them. The one thing I'm most upset about is the fact that the Electronic Programming Guide does not connect to the server to download the program guides. There is an icon in the system tray that says "connecting..." and stays this way for a very long time. I have a working internet connection, I've registered with Titan TV, I might have overlooked something. I also read somewhere in the manual about the EPG being able to use another provider besides Titan tv, but I have yet to understand how to implement this or who else provides this service. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks!
