what (besides win2k driver support) am i getting for $40?

os: win2kpro
display adapter: radeon 7k series
cdrom: radeon series multi display ed
still using: ati tv wonder pci
cdrom: tv wonder v400 (no driver support for win2k)
plus i dl'd everything i could off ati site (catalyst, hydravision, etc)
would like to be able to store movies on my hdd (for burning when i get that all figured out) & use whichever is the lesser video adapter to replace the 3D Force B-32 Plus that went bad (if i got the beep code right) on a pc im trying to build outta leftovers for a friend who badly needs but cant afford one.
found an ATI 3D ALL-IN-WONDER (3D Rage Pro AGP 2x) for $40 - what kind of a trade off would that be for my pc? (i just cant do $150-$250 for ati's latest) OR if there's another product (similarly priced) i should look into... please lemme know!
