Radeon 9600se help

I seem to be lacking enuf info on this card to do what I would like. I have an AMD Barton core 2500+ 1.83Mhz OC'd to 1.98MHz. FSB at 180 Therefore Mem. at 180 DDR. I have 1gig in this machine. Prime95 runs fine at these settings for hours on end so I'll say the sys. is still stable. If I take the OC beyond 183-185MHz, Prime95 still runs well. However, 3DMark03 dies. By this I mean I do a hard reboot. 3DMark03 will run fine with an OC around 180MHz. Scores around 1796.
I have tried to OC the 9600se but it really does not seem to like it at all. This I was doing with ATI Tool. I had only bumped up the core by 10MHZ and the Mem by 3. Does this card like to be OC'd?
I'm curious if the Radeon card is a bottle neck and is causing the reboot. Is the CPU filling the GPU pipes to fast and causing the problem.
Any info on this card would be great. Can I pump it up, how, how far,etc.

First off welcome to the forums. Tell us a little more about your system. What driver are you running? Memory settings and speed -- CPU steppings if known and all that jazz.
Is your AGP bus locked? or is it running off spec?

Sorry about the post length. I have bus lock selected off with the ATI Tool. I believe the driver to be original 6.14.10.6404
