Problems with Radeon 9250

Hi all! Im using a 9250 n experience huge problems when playin need for speed most wanted. I play like a few races...then the game kicks me out n then returnin to the desktop the resolution is set to the lowest amount! I tried everything i could think of. N set the graphics on need for speed to the lowest but the same thing happens :( Any advice would be much appreciated fanx.

have you tried updating your drivers? first video, then audio. Make sure you have the the most current versions of each.

Also, since you say it let's you play for a while before kicking you out, you might want to check for actual system stability and overheating. Make sure that all your case fans, as well as your CPU fan, are clear from dust and debris, and that they are spinning correctly.
