Im trying to connect the tv to the laptop using the s-video output. the problem is the picture on the tv is only in back and white. I've tried it on an other tv and it works there. I'm assuming that the tv doesn't support s-video but i wanted to know if anyone else had this problem, just incase its not the tv, and its that i have set someting up wrong.
Alternately it would be good if someone could tell me if there is a way to change the video signal that is being output through the s-video connection, or anothr way for me to connect the tv to the laptop. The cable im currently using is a s-video to scart lead.

Can you change the mode on the TV from CVBS to RGB (or vica versa)?
