Those graphics settings are to do with the quality it uses to render effects on screen. When enabled, the card has to work harder to output prettier looking things.
As your card isn't that powerful (as far as graphics cards go), I'd recommend setting the master setting in the CCC AI to application controlled, or if you can't find that, turn all those settings you listed to off/application managed/high performance.
When you upgraded to the latest drivers, did you run a driver cleaner program after you uninstalled the old graphics driver (like "driver cleaner pro", google it).

i turned off / ,application managed/ &high performance. all options i listed
- i didn't use a driver cleaner after i uninstalled the old graphics driver
while i installed the new version ,it uninstalled the older version automaticly
but i'll download this program that u noticed and uninstall the graphics driver , i'll use driver cleaner then install the graphics driver again
last thing ..
what about OpenGL -> Triple buffring
& Direct 3D Setting -> Enable geometry instancing
i should unmark them too or mark them ??
it wasn't the last
at last
thanks for ur replay & ur time great job
khaled.

Enable geometry instancing.
Disable Triple buffering.
It's a good idea to use the driver cleaner between updates, as even when it is uninstalled automatically, it leaves behind settings (and other stuff). If it is one of the things that it leaves behind causing a game crash, then you wouldn't know about it.
Good luck with your driver cleaning
Dan
PS. This means you will have to re-set all the options you just set after the driver cleaner and reinstall
