Upgrade for that available?

I have a dell Inspiron 1150 and it says at this website:

That's the message you'll get if you use a USB 1.1 connection.

i guess thats why i can't use it...

It says "cannot start (tv)due to low bandwidth"
i don't even have to use the Net to watch the TV and i get that.

ANY suggestions on HOW i can use this ????

quick look at dells site it looks like you should have 2.0 ports
