ati 3650 PROBLEM? :S

ive had my 3650 for about 8 months.

i used to use rivatuner to overclock it, works perfectly, because catalyst was just silly.

now with latest drivers, older drivers, my core clock is at 297mhz and my memory is 500mhz.

this is not right

i click to overclock via catalyst, it says test first, so i do, and it says successfull, but it still stays at 297mhz!

whats going on...

when i try via rivatuner, it says my coreclock is 297mz, 49degrees, okay i guess.


so i overclock to 750mhz coreclock, 550mhz memory, it says i have to test it first, so i click test, the test works, i click apply, and it goes back to 297mhz/ 500mhz!

whats going on here? this is crazy!
