Catalyst Control Centre

Hi
I am running on Windows 7 Release Candidate. I have the veriosn: 2009.0317.2132.36802 of Catalyst. My graphics card is: Mobility Radeon HD3470 (laptop version). My problem is that when I try to link my laptop display to my TV through S-Video, using the option "Force TV detect", my laptop display goes off and it appears on the TV. That is good but on my other operating system (Windows Vista) when I do that the laptop display still stays on while the picture is transfered on the TV which is what I want. Can anyone help me with this problem. I have also got two other options in the Catalyt: "Detect whenever Cataylst is open" and " Use manual detection only (I must click the detect displays button)"
All I want is for the piture to be both on the laptop display and on the TV.
